The LSX II LT’s coincident driver design is its main measured advantage. Its Uni-Q-style layout keeps the tweeter centered in the midrange, giving useful consistency across listening positions, and its own notes flag a 3.4dB midrange response span with treble-region dips that keep it below more neutral studio monitors. Because the drivers are small, bass compression kicks in around 88 to 92dB per meter per speaker with rising distortion at higher levels, so it suits close desktop listening rather than filling a large room.
