Short answer: the Turtlebox Ranger, if you are buying new. The Bogasing M4 ranks higher than it (#28 vs #65 of 164 medium speakers, 4.0/5 vs 3.5/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Turtlebox Ranger is still sold new at $250.
The Bogasing M4 is the better-sounding, longer-running option. Super Bass mode gives the most balanced sound. It is rated for 24 hours of battery against 12 for the Turtlebox Ranger. At 1.6 lbs (731 g) it weighs noticeably less than the Turtlebox Ranger at 2.4 lbs (1.09 kg). It keeps a wired aux input, which the Turtlebox Ranger lacks. The catch: It sounds a bit harsh and thin.
What the Turtlebox Ranger does well: Smoother frequency response than the other Turtlebox speakers. Watch for: Bass sounds kind of thuddy and isn’t as deep as higher ranked speakers.
Buy the Turtlebox Ranger new; the Bogasing M4 is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
