Short answer: the JBL Go 4 over the Go 3, but the P2 still wins on bass. At $49.95 versus the P2’s $170, it has a little more bass than the Go 3 and JBL fixed the strange mids peak. Still, there is not much bass at all, especially with electronic or bass-heavy tracks pushed past about 50% volume, while the P2 offers surprisingly strong bass for its size without distorting at volume.
Buy the JBL Go 4 if you want one new; the B&O Beoplay P2 is discontinued, so only look for it used.
Water resistance is not close: the JBL Go 4 is rated at IP67 (brief submersion), well ahead of the B&O Beoplay P2 at no water resistance.
