Short answer: the Soundcore Boom Go 3i for durability, the Soundcore Mini for feature inputs. The Boom Go 3i is IP68 rated for full submersion and dustproofing, but the notes say it sounds a bit piercing and metallic. The Mini has an FM tuner, aux input and MicroSD and costs $19.99 less, with bass that is not quite as deep as higher ranked speakers.
Buy the Soundcore Boom Go 3i. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $19.99 you would save on the Soundcore Mini does not close the gap.
Battery life favors the Soundcore Boom Go 3i: rated for 24 hours against 15 hours for the Soundcore Mini.
Water resistance is not close: the Soundcore Boom Go 3i is rated at IP68 (extended submersion), well ahead of the Soundcore Mini at no water resistance.
