The Mini has an FM tuner, aux input and MicroSD and costs $33.01 less, but its bass is not quite as deep as higher ranked speakers.
Buy the Anker Soundcore Mini. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Sony SRS-XB100 and costs less, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
If water resistance matters to you, the Sony SRS-XB100 at IP67 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Anker Soundcore Mini at no water resistance.
