#34 Topping RD3: $229 Discontinued eBay
Pros: Audio Science Review measured 118 dB SINAD, transparent for any listening, in a 19 inch rackmount case with XLR and RCA outputs and USB, optical, coaxial and Bluetooth inputs.
Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. The full-width rack case is bulky on a desk, and there is no headphone output.
