FishBee Product Reviews is ranked #31 of 48 in the speaker-review source reliability ranking. The ranking weighs measurement quality, repeatability, useful comparisons, disclosure, and editorial independence; it is an assessment of the work used for speaker decisions, not a claim about personal character.
Reliability assessment: Not great recording quality, treble is rolled off and bass isn’t represented well.

Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers
Ranked #12 of 142 in Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - JBL Flip 6: $114.95 Amazon B&H Photo Video eBay
Pros: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size, a huge sound quality leap over the Flip 5.
Cons: Not stereo. Some slight upper mids emphasis. The TL version (made in Vietnam) tweeter can sound somewhat scratchy and doesn’t sound as good as the GG version (made in China)

Ranked #14 of 142 in Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - JBL Flip 7: $129.95 Amazon eBay
Pros: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size. Just slightly more treble than the Flip 6 which was already a great speaker. Slightly deeper bass than the Flip 6
Cons: A little bit of a bump at 4khz, not quite as neutral as the FLip 6. I believe this one is slightly worse than the Flip 6.

Ranked #43 of 142 in Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Xiaomi Sound Outdoor: $54.99 Amazon eBay
Pros: Xiaomi Sound Outdoor uses 20W woofer, 10W tweeter + 2x passive radiators. Its 597 g, claimed 12 hours (Manufacturer specified) battery life, IP67 protection and mono playback make it a practical option for its intended room or portable use.
Cons: Its 60Hz - 20kHz (Manufacturer specified) specification points to limited deep-bass reach for the cabinet size. There is no companion app. No EQ adjustment.

Ranked #85 of 142 in Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - LG Xboom Grab: $95.37 Amazon eBay
Pros: 20 hour battery life - longer than the JBL Flip 7 or UE Boom 4. IP67 rated with elastic mounting straps. App unlocks AI room calibration, EQ, and light-strip customization; multipoint pairing.
Cons: Bass extension not as deep as the top speakers. Overpriced. This may move around in the rankings as we get better sound samples

Ranked #132 of 142 in Medium Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Skullcandy Terrain XL: $79.99 Amazon eBay
Pros: The loudest and longest-running of the Terrain line at 95dB and 18 hours, and the only one with a built-in microphone. IPX7 rated with a nylon wrist wrap. Multi-Link pairs it with other Skullcandy speakers.
Cons: Shares the Terrain line’s tuning: no bass, very rolled off treble, and distortion in the treble. The extra size buys volume and runtime, not better sound.
