Pros: A current-generation 7-inch nearfield monitor with Adam’s rotatable X-ART ribbon tweeter, onboard DSP, room-adaptation controls and Sonarworks calibration integration. The measured tonal slope is nearly flat at +0.03dB per octave, with useful bass extension estimated at 46Hz.
Cons: On-axis smoothness of 0.238 and directivity-index consistency of 3.48 are middling, while predicted in-room smoothness is a poor 0.21. Analog inputs are limited to one XLR and one RCA per speaker; there is no digital audio input.
