#90 EcoXGear EcoBoulder Ultra: $199.99 Amazon $199.99 eBay
Pros: An IP67 rated, floating boombox with an 8 inch driver, a 3 inch tweeter and an 8 inch passive woofer, claimed at 121 dB. It rolls on rear wheels, plays more than 50 hours at average volume and about 10 at full, and adds AM/FM radio, an aux input, USB-C phone charging, addressable RGB lights and EcoCast linking with up to 100 compatible speakers, including true stereo pairs.
Cons: Its bass is nowhere near as deep as top ranked boomboxes like the Tribit Stormbox Blast and Harman Kardon Go + Play 3, which reach down to about 43 Hz and 35 Hz. No independent hands on reviews or measurements yet, so its rating is estimated from the EcoXGear EcoBoulder+ and the EcoXGear Defender. At about 12.7 kg it is heavy, a full recharge takes 7 to 8 hours, and the app only controls the lights. It does not link with older EcoConnect speakers.
