Pros: A three-way in-wall speaker from Revel’s Architectural line with an 8” woofer, a midrange and an aluminium dome tweeter, with level controls for each. Erin measured a preference score of 5.38 that reaches 7.19 with an ideal subwoofer, with 0.37 listening window deviation. Measured bass extension of 39.6Hz (-3dB).
Cons: The on-axis response is less even (0.91 average deviation) than the listening window. Revel no longer sells it. Bass reaches 39.6Hz (-3dB) and about 30Hz (-10dB). Discontinued.
