Pros: High-quality manufacturer NFS data gives the Titan version a 0.585dB on-axis average absolute deviation and preference scores of 3.93 without a subwoofer and 6.55 with one, both better than the Ribbon version. Its 2.89 sound-power directivity-index standard deviation indicates reasonably consistent dispersion, while the compact bamboo cabinet and dual front slots simplify placement.
Cons: Bass measures 79.1Hz at -3dB, 67.4Hz at -6dB, and 43.9Hz at -12dB, so a subwoofer is important. Listening-window smoothness is only 0.187, and horizontal MTM use narrows dispersion around the crossover; vertical orientation is preferable for stereo listening.
