#140 Ucotech RE-1: $90 Discontinued eBay
Pros: A 10 mm carbon nanotube dynamic IEM with a preference score of 80. Bass is full to 20 Hz with a 2.3 dB upper bass lift, and everything from the midrange through 8 kHz stays within about 0.5 dB of target.
Cons: The top octave sits 4.7 dB low with a 7.6 dB dip near 10.3 kHz, so it lacks air. It is discontinued after selling for about $90, impedance and sensitivity are not published, and the score rests on a single measurement.

Frequency Response
How the Ucotech RE-1 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is a single measurement, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: a single measurement from the squig.link database of dchpgall. Thanks to them for publishing their work.
