#292 NF Audio RA10: $49 Discontinued eBay
Pros: A budget 6 mm dynamic IEM at about $49 with a preference score of 77 across two measurements. Bass reaches 20 Hz close to target, and the silver plated cable is detachable.
Cons: A 7.3 dB peak near 8.2 kHz and a 5.3 dB dip near 4.6 kHz make the treble uneven, so sibilants can stand out while vocals sound slightly recessed. It is discontinued and hard to find.

Frequency Response
How the NF Audio RA10 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of boizoff and soundcheck39. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
