#10 I/O Audio Volare: $599 eBay
Pros: A dynamic, four balanced armature and four electrostatic flagship with a preference score of 87 and only 0.96 dB average deviation from target, one of the most accurate tunings measured. Bass, midrange and treble all stay within about 1 dB of target, and it ships with swappable 3.5, 2.5 and 4.4 mm plugs.
Cons: It is sold out at $599, with only backorders available. The 4.8 ohm impedance and 121 dB/Vrms sensitivity can expose hiss from noisy sources, and the score rests on a single measurement.

Frequency Response
How the I/O Audio Volare measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is a single measurement, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: a single measurement from the squig.link database of dentreviews. Thanks to them for publishing their work.
