Watch for: it lacks bass, sounds hollow and thuddy, and Tribit has retired it in favor of the Stormbox Mini+.
The case for the Select 4 Go: it is inexpensive, IP67 rated, weighs 265 g and claims 20 hours of battery. The tradeoff: bass is not deep, it does not get very loud before sound quality drops, and playback is mono unless you buy a second unit.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Mini at $23 if you want a medium speaker. Buy the Soundcore Select 4 Go at $21.99 if you want a small speaker instead.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip the Tribit Stormbox Mini. It ranks near the bottom of the 142 medium speakers, so look higher up the list instead.

Cons: Lacking quite a bit of bass. Sounds hollow and thuddy. Just not great overall. Discontinued; Tribit has retired it, superseded by the Stormbox Mini+. Discontinued.
