Short answer: the W-King T9 for output and battery, the Tribit Stormbox Lava for cleaner tuning. The T9 offers 80W output power, 106dB max volume, a 24-hour battery, power bank function and Bluetooth 5.3 with 100ft range, but it has peaks in the upper mids that make it sound a bit harsh. The Lava has fantastic bass extension but is quite heavy for the size.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Lava. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $28.76 you would save on the W-King T9 does not close the gap.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the Tribit Stormbox Lava at IP67 (brief submersion) against the W-King T9, which has no water resistance.
