Short answer: the TOZO PE1, because the Xiaomi Sound Pocket has clear weaknesses. The Pocket offers 5W of output, IP67, 10 hours of battery and Bluetooth 5.4 with TWS in a 0.4 lbs (200 g) body, but its bass is light, vocals turn harsh above about 80% volume and it vibrates on hard surfaces when upright. The PE1 is pretty amazing value for the money, with bass that is not quite as deep as the top ranked speakers.
Buy the TOZO PE1. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $2 saving on the Xiaomi Sound Pocket is not enough to make up the difference.
