Short answer: the SVS PB-1000 PRO. It ranks #51 of 212 subwoofers by sound quality (rated 3.8/5) at $849 and is still sold new; the Monitor Audio RXW12 ranks #135 (rated 3.6/5) and is discontinued, so it is only an option used.
The case for the SVS PB-1000 PRO: A ported 12 inch subwoofer with deep, room shaking bass for the money and app control. The catch: An SPL-style presentation with a heavier tone that is a little more in your face and can crush fine detail compared with Rythmik’s servo subs.
The case for the Monitor Audio RXW12: A sealed 12 inch subwoofer with a strong amplifier for small to medium rooms, now discontinued. The catch: Output drops to 97.9dB at 31.5Hz and 88.9dB at 20Hz, so deep bass is limited.
Buy the SVS PB-1000 PRO. It is rated higher for sound quality and still sold new, while the Monitor Audio RXW12 is discontinued.
