The Soundcore Select 4 Go is the longer-running option. A very inexpensive waterproof mini speaker with a strap, a long battery, app EQ, and stereo pairing. It is rated for 20 hours of battery against 6.5 for the Monster Bluetooth Speaker. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Monster Bluetooth Speaker lacks. The tradeoff: Not as deep of bass as higher ranked speakers.
The Monster Bluetooth Speaker is the lighter choice. A very cheap, light waterproof travel speaker with USB-C charging, aux and microSD playback, and stereo pairing. At 0.4 lbs (185 g) it weighs noticeably less than the Soundcore Select 4 Go at 0.6 lbs (265 g). It keeps a wired aux input, which the Soundcore Select 4 Go lacks.
