Short answer: the Soundcore Motion 300 for better sound quality, the Mifa Wildrod for the lower price. The Soundcore Motion 300 ranks #2 of 135 medium speakers at $79.99. The Mifa Wildrod ranks #17 at $47, $32.99 cheaper.
The case for the Soundcore Motion 300: Pretty deep bass for its small size, pocketable (in a big pocket), the ability to run in stereo facing you or omnidirectional lying flat, custom EQ per orientation, and Oluv’s Uboom L EQ available for a more neutral sound. The catch: without that EQ (or maxing the top two treble bars), it’s very rolled off in the treble and would only rank around #50, BassUp mode is worse than Signature, it’s not quite as detailed or neutral as higher-ranked speakers, and bass distorts slightly when turned up.
What the Mifa Wildrod gets right: Flashing the latest firmware brings much improved bass and treble. Set against that: it’s not stereo, with a slight peak around 250Hz and slightly rolled off treble.
Buy the Soundcore Motion 300 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Mifa Wildrod if the price matters more than sound quality.

Soundcore Motion 300: $79.99 Amazon
Pros: Pretty deep bass for the small size. Pocket size in a big pocket. Can be used in stereo facing you, or omnidirectional lying down. Ability to have a custom EQ for each orientation, standing, lying flat, hanging. Try the Uboom L EQs from Oluv for a more neutral sound.
Cons: Without the above EQ or turning the top 2 treble EQ bars to max, this speaker is very rolled off in the treble and will rank around #50 in the rankings. Bassup mode is worse than Signature. Not quite as detailed or neutral as higher ranked speakers. Slight bass distortion when turned up.
