Short answer: the SVS SB-3000 for slightly higher output and accuracy; the PSA XS15-BASE for deeper extension. The SB-3000 pairs a 13-inch sealed driver with 800W RMS (2500W peak) for 118.7dB average and exceptional accuracy, though its compact 25 kg (55.1 lbs) cabinet limits bass extension. The XS15-BASE at $1,299 reaches 118.2dB CEA-2010-A average with deeper extension, while the SVS at $1,199 costs $100 less.
Buy the SVS SB-3000, since the Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS15-BASE is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.
