Both have real sonic shortcomings per our notes, but the Audiocase S10 costs nearly seven times as much as the Onn Large Party gen 2 and is discontinued. They rank 19 of 51 and 35 of 51.
S10 is one of the loudest speakers in its category, but our notes describe it as not great sounding at low volumes with weird midrange peaks, competing against the Soundboks lineup without matching its sound.
Onn Large Party gen 2 costs a fraction of the price with karaoke mic/guitar inputs and wheels of its own, though Consumer Reports found its own bass boomy and treble smeared.
Buy the Onn Large Party gen 2 for a small fraction of the price and comparable real-world shortcomings. Buy the Audiocase S10 only if you specifically need its maximum-volume output for a large event.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Audiocase S10 is rated for 30 hours, the Onn Large Party gen 2 only 12 hours.
Water resistance is not close: the Onn Large Party gen 2 is rated at IPX4 (splashing), well ahead of the Audiocase S10 at no water resistance.

The Two Speakers In Full
Onn Large Party gen 2: $129 Walmart eBay
Pros: A remarkably full-featured, manageable 9.5kg party speaker: wheels and handle, FM radio, aux, USB-A charging, mic and guitar inputs with karaoke echo, and Party Sync. Independent testing confirms bass with real impact and enough output for a large room; it is a clear improvement over the Gen 1 for low-end weight.
Cons: The low price shows in the refinement. Consumer Reports found boomy bass, hazy/grainy mids, a prominent smeared treble and a narrow, two-dimensional soundfield; it also notes distortion or other audio issues. There is no app or EQ to tame the tuning, and IPX4 only covers splashes rather than rain or immersion.
