Short answer: the Minirig 2 with subwoofer on value, the Vifa Oslo for treble detail. The Minirig is very balanced and costs $289 less, but it is not stereo and its app is buggy. The Oslo serves up extreme treble detail with decent bass, though a 270Hz dip marks its response.
Buy the Minirig 2 with subwoofer or the Vifa Oslo, whichever you find used in better condition; both are discontinued. For a new speaker, buy the Minirig 4 with subwoofer, which replaces the Minirig 2 with subwoofer.
Battery life favors the Minirig 2 with subwoofer: rated for 40 hours against 8 hours for the Vifa Oslo.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the Minirig 2 with subwoofer at Splash resistant (splashing) against the Vifa Oslo, which has no water resistance.
