Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ for features, the Miatone Boompro for sound. The Mini+ packs IPX7 waterproofing, app EQ presets, AAC, true wireless stereo, USB-C and a built-in mic, though it is not a great sounding speaker with really weak bass. The Boompro is the cheaper pick at $35.99 but gives up bass extension versus higher ranked speakers.
Buy the Miatone Boompro. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ and costs less, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
