Short answer: the Stage 320. Both are dual-driver, wheeled, karaoke-ready party speakers with mic and guitar inputs, but the T12’s extra size and higher claimed 370W amplifier don’t translate into better reviewed sound.
The T12 undercuts the Stage 320 on paper and on price. For $439 against the Stage 320’s $499.95, it packs dual 8-inch woofers (versus the Stage 320’s 6.5-inch pair), independent physical bass and treble knobs, USB and microSD playback and a claimed 25-hour battery. If raw spec-sheet size and a lower price matter more than refinement, it’s the more generous package.
The Stage 320 is the better-reviewed speaker despite the smaller drivers. Reviewer comparisons describe the T12’s tuning as boxy and unclear, while the Stage 320 keeps more bass at high volume than JBL’s own previous-generation model and adds a removable battery, 5-band EQ and Auracast, none of which the T12 has. The T12 also has no app and no water resistance rating at all, while the Stage 320 is at least IPX4.
Buy the Stage 320 for the more consistently reviewed sound and the removable battery, EQ and Auracast support.
Buy the T12 if the bigger woofers and lower price matter more than refinement, and you’re comfortable with physical tone controls instead of an app.

A handle and wheels make the 16.5 kg cabinet easy to move, and the color lighting modes are customizable.

Its claimed 25-hour battery and trolley-style form make it practical where high output matters more than compact size.
Cons: Reviewer comparisons find the tuning boxy and less clear than the better-ranked party speakers, so its size and quoted power do not automatically translate to refined sound. It is a 15kg, 75cm-tall speaker with no water rating and no app; the physical tone controls are its only meaningful way to adjust the sound.
