Short answer: the JBL Flip 6. It ranks #12 of 150 medium speakers by sound quality, rated 4.2/5, at $114.95. The Oontz Angle 3 Ultra ranks #135, rated 2.2/5, at $39.99, $74.96 cheaper, which does not close the gap in sound quality.
What the JBL Flip 6 does well: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size, a huge sound quality leap over the Flip 5. Watch for: Not stereo.
The case for the Oontz Angle 3 Ultra: 20+ hour battery life: some reviewers see 22-24 hours at 50% volume. Watch for: Very little bass with horrible upper bass thud at higher levels.
Buy the JBL Flip 6. It is rated higher for sound quality, and saving $74.96 with the Oontz Angle 3 Ultra does not make up for the sound-quality gap.
