Short answer: the JBL Flip 6 for out-of-box sound, the Mifa Wildrod if you will update it. The Wildrod needs its latest firmware flashed for the best sound with much improved bass and treble, and even then it is not stereo, has a slight peak around 250Hz and a slightly rolled off treble. The Flip 6 is very neutral and a huge sound quality leap over the Flip 5, though it is not stereo.
Buy the JBL Flip 6. It is rated higher for sound quality; the Mifa Wildrod is no longer sold new.
