Short answer: the Devialet Mania, if you are buying new. The Harman Kardon Citation 200 ranks higher than it (#13 vs #54 of 117 large speakers, 4.5/5 vs 3.6/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Devialet Mania is still sold new at $899.
The case for the Devialet Mania: A compact, good looking Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stereo speaker with Alexa built in and splash resistance. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Harman Kardon Citation 200 lacks. The tradeoff: Not very loud.
The Harman Kardon Citation 200 is the better-sounding option. A portable smart speaker with Wi-Fi, Google Assistant and deep bass for its size, now discontinued but worth buying used. The tradeoff: Overly boomy by default, you can short press the Bluetooth and volume down buttons simultaneously to decrease the bass, and the Bluetooth and volume up buttons simultaneously to increase it.
