Short answer: the Minirig 4 with subwoofer is the best of the Minirig pairs here. It sounds very balanced, finally adds USB-C charging, and its subwoofer pairs wirelessly for placement anywhere and delivers deeper, more impactful bass than the old Sub 3. It is still not stereo, has a buggy app, comes in two pieces with no handle, and is flagged for reliability issues, while the Dali is called horribly overpriced.
Buy the Minirig 4 with subwoofer. It is rated higher for sound quality than the DALI Katch G2 and costs less, which makes it the one to get unless you need something the other one does better.
If water resistance matters to you, the DALI Katch G2 at IPX7 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Minirig 4 with subwoofer at Splash resistant (splashing).
