Short answer: the DALI Katch G2, but only because the G1 is discontinued, though neither ranks well in its class. Both are described as pretty neutral, and both lose bass quickly after 40% volume, add compression artifacts and reverb that screws up the imaging, and carry an external AC power brick and a horribly overpriced tag. The G1 is discontinued and superseded by the G2, which sounds nearly identical. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 105 large speakers, and the JBL Xtreme 5, ranked #2 at $399.95, is a better place to start if sound quality matters.
Buy the DALI Katch G2 if you want one new; the DALI Katch G1 is discontinued, so only look for it used.
