Coverage note. Speaker Ranking currently covers 3 Panasonic models across portable bluetooth speakers and headphones (plus 2 not yet ranked). These are the products in our database, not a complete list of everything Panasonic makes.
What this page covers. The Panasonic models ranked here span portable bluetooth speakers and headphones, including Panasonic SC-TMAX10, Panasonic SC-TMAX5 and Panasonic RP-HJE120. Use each model’s category position to compare it with alternatives of the same size and use case.
This page lists all 3 Panasonic speakers ranked on this site across portable bluetooth speakers and headphones. Each model is shown in the category where it competes, with its current rank and the size of that ranking.
Use the category position rather than the brand name alone: speakers from the same manufacturer can perform very differently by size, price and product family.

In-Ear Headphones
Ranked #941 of 1002 in In-Ear Headphones - Panasonic RP-HJE120: $10.99 Amazon $10.99 eBay
Pros: It is a very cheap wired earphone with a 9 mm dynamic driver, 16 ohm impedance and 95 dB/mW sensitivity, so it plays loud from any phone or laptop. Bass is lifted about 8 dB over target in oratory1990’s measurement and sub-bass is up 2.3 dB, which suits listeners who simply want a big, thumpy low end.
Cons: That bass boost spills into the low mids, which are 4.8 dB over target, so vocals and instruments sound thick and muddy. Treble is rolled off by about 2.2 dB and air by 4.3 dB, with an 8.7 dB dip near 11.9 kHz, so cymbals lack sparkle. The preference score of 40 is the lowest among its rivals, and each of those rivals has a higher rating, including the TRN MT1 at a similar cost.
