Every Speaker Reviewed by YARNZO Tech

YARNZO Tech is ranked #28 of 49 in the speaker-review source reliability ranking. The ranking weighs measurement quality, repeatability, useful comparisons, disclosure, and editorial independence; it is an assessment of the work used for speaker decisions, not a claim about personal character.

Reliability assessment: Plays mostly bass heavy music. Sound samples are recorded with a phone, lack bass and treble, and don’t capture a smooth frequency response, so they aren’t very useful for evaluating speakers.

Large Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers

Ranked #41 of 93 in Large Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Zealot S127 Amazon eBay

Zealot S127 ranking card

Pros: The S127 pairs a claimed 100W amplifier with four drivers - two 92mm woofers plus two 42mm units - in a 33.6 cm cabinet, which points to real outdoor loudness rather than a small desktop box. Zealot quotes 20Hz - 20kHz coverage, so it promises usable low bass. The 24000mAh battery doubles as a power bank for phones, while Bluetooth 5.3, roughly 10m range, TWS pairing, USB, microSD and AUX inputs cover most sources. IPX6 splash resistance and RGB lighting suit camping, beaches and evening parties, and reviewers rate it against far pricier JBL models. Jay’s Straight Up Reviews found it a capable performer that is not bass-heavy, and comparisons place it close to pricier JBL models.

Cons: At 3.54 kg this is a car-camping speaker, not a backpack one, and it recharges only from a 5V DC input, so refilling a 24000mAh pack takes hours; no charging time or battery-life hours are published. IPX6 survives splashes but not immersion, and Zealot lists no maximum SPL, sensitivity or impedance, so real output capability is unknown. There is no documented companion app or custom EQ, leaving tuning to on-board presets. No independent lab has measured its frequency response, distortion or loudness, so the 20Hz claim stays unverified.

Ranked #43 of 93 in Large Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Zealot S79: $106.97 Amazon eBay

Zealot S79 ranking card

Pros: Loud with plenty of bass and a wider soundstage than the JBL Xtreme 3, which it beats at full volume. A huge 24,000mAh battery with a claimed 50+ hours doubles as a power bank, and it adds RGB lights, a shoulder strap, EQ modes and stereo pairing.

Cons: At moderate volume the JBL Xtreme 3 is cleaner and more balanced, and one reviewer preferred the JBL Xtreme 4 in every way. Its bass boost mode sounds muddy and can distort past about 70% volume, so it is best left on the normal EQ. The Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 8 digs deeper in the bass.

Ranked #52 of 93 in Large Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Zealot S39: $78.99 Zealot eBay

Zealot S39 ranking card

Pros: A triple-driver array rated 60W total (1 x 30W plus 2 x 15W) is unusually high claimed power for a portable this size, so it should play loudly enough for outdoor use. The 7200mAh battery is large for the class, and Bluetooth 5.0 plus AUX, USB flash-drive and TF-card playback cover wired and offline sources without a phone. At 375 x 150 x 154 mm and 2.34 kg gross it stays carryable. The claimed 80Hz bottom end suggests mid-bass punch rather than true sub-bass. YARNZO Tech’s full review and sound battle rate it competitive for its size and price.

Cons: No independent measurements or spinorama data exist, so real frequency response, distortion, directivity and bass extension are unknown. The published 80Hz low-frequency limit is high, and no IP rating, playtime hours, charging time, codecs, app or EQ are specified, leaving ruggedness and runtime unverified. Bluetooth 5.0 is now dated, and the 2.34 kg gross weight is heavy for genuinely portable use.

Ranked #56 of 93 in Large Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Zealot S167: $179.99 Amazon eBay

Zealot S167 ranking card

Pros: Zealot rates the S167 at 100W through four drivers: two 92mm woofers and two 42mm units, with a claimed 20Hz-20kHz response and better than 90dB signal-to-noise. The 24000mAh battery (six 21700 cells), Type-C charging, 5V/2A power-bank output, RGB lighting, TWS/multi-speaker linking and onboard EQ suit parties and off-grid use. A 3.5mm AUX input, USB-A and microSD playback accept most sources, and a shoulder strap, storage bag and carry handle make the 3.6kg (net) box transportable. Techder Audios measured it as very loud for the money.

Cons: The official parameter table publishes no IP rating and no verified playback time, and conflicting retail figures (IPX6, 24 hours, even 4 hours) are unconfirmed. Power claims also conflict, from 100W on the spec sheet to 150W peak marketing. With no independent measurements, the 20Hz bass extension, real maximum SPL and distortion (only a ‘<1%‘ claim) are unknown. Charging is rated DC 5V - slow for a 24000mAh pack - no charge time is confirmed, and Bluetooth codecs are unspecified. Techder Audios found it less detailed than the smaller Xiaomi Sound Party 50W, with bass that is stronger rather than deeper.

Boombox Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers

Ranked #25 of 90 in Boombox Size Portable Bluetooth Speakers - Zealot S98 Amazon eBay

Zealot S98 ranking card

Pros: Zealot rates the S98 at 160W through four drivers, two 134mm woofers and two 38mm tweeters, in a 51.2 x 24.1 x 28.9cm cabinet. A 36000mAh battery doubles as a 5V/2A power bank and recharges over USB-C, while IPX6 water resistance, RGB lighting, three EQ modes, TWS stereo pairing and Bluetooth 5.3 with BT/USB/TF/line-in playback cover party and outdoor use. Independent reviewers including Jagist Reviews and YARNZO Tech rate its bass output highly against JBL models. At 7.3kg net with a carry handle it remains transportable. Jagist Reviews and YARNZO Tech’s sound-meter comparisons against the JBL Boombox 3 and Xtreme 4 rate its bass and output highly for the money.

Cons: At 7.3kg net and 51.2cm wide the S98 is a two-hand carry, not a grab-and-go speaker. Zealot publishes no standard battery-life rating, no charging time, no app and no Bluetooth codec list, so real runtime, control features and codec support are unverified; the only runtime figure is a roughly five-hour TF-card playback claim. The 160W rating and the 20Hz bass-extension claim have no independent measurement, so actual bass depth, distortion and maximum output are unknown. Wireless microphone support is not fitted to the standard version.
