Pros: An inexpensive tool battery speaker that reviewers found plenty loud, clean to about three quarters volume and close to Milwaukee’s M12 and M18 speakers. It runs on any Ryobi 18V ONE+ battery, rated for more than 10 hours on a 4Ah pack with owners reporting days of use, holds a steady Bluetooth connection to about 90 feet, and has a USB charging port.
Cons: Its bass is nowhere near as deep as top ranked large speakers like the JBL Xtreme 5 and Tribit Stormbox Lava, which reach down to about 43 Hz and 44 Hz. Bass distorts near full volume and the sound is pleasing but not refined.
