#96 Dewalt DCR010 Jobsite Bluetooth Speaker: $101.99 Amazon $101.99 Home Depot $149.00 Lowe’s $149.00 eBay
Pros: Reviewers and years of owners call it very loud for its size, with stereo sound from two 3 inch drivers and bass that grows with volume, and it holds up to drops on job sites. It runs on Dewalt 12V, 20V MAX or FLEXVOLT batteries, with 9 to 13 hours measured on 2Ah to 5Ah packs, or on a built in AC cord. Range tested past 100 feet, and it has an aux input, a USB charging port and a phone cradle.
Cons: Its bass is nowhere near as deep as top ranked large speakers like the JBL Xtreme 5 and Tribit Stormbox Lava, which reach down to about 43 Hz and 44 Hz. It has no water resistance rating, no radio, no EQ and no way to link a second speaker, and it cannot charge tool batteries. Batteries are sold separately, and a few owners hear muffled highs or had Bluetooth fail early.
