#147 MartinLogan Vista: $4,200 per pair Discontinued eBay
Pros: A hybrid electrostatic speaker with a tall curved electrostatic panel for the midrange and treble over a cone woofer. Measurements show a preference score of 3.81 that reaches 5.74 with an ideal subwoofer, with 0.60 listening window deviation.
Cons: The on-axis response is uneven (1.21 average deviation), and that data is low quality. The electrostatic panel needs mains power. MartinLogan discontinued it. That data is low quality.
How it compares: Just above it: Bowers & Wilkins 803 D3 - $14900 more. Just below it: Tekton M-Lore - $1350 cheaper.
