#247 XINHS HS-06: $121 eBay
Pros: A wired hybrid in ear with a near neutral tilt, scoring 77 with a 1.8 dB deviation from target. Bass is accurate and reaches 20 Hz without dropping off.
Cons: The presence region sits about 3 dB below target, so vocals are a little laid back, and a peak near 11.9 kHz can add sparkle that some find splashy. The score rests on three measurements, and the EPZ P40 tracks the target more closely.

Frequency Response
How the XINHS HS-06 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the median of 4 independent measurements, so one odd sample or rig cannot skew it, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: median of 4 measurements from the squig.link databases of awsmdanny, boizoff, riz and sl0the. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
