#266 Status Audio Pro X: $249.00 TWS Amazon $249.00 eBay
Pros: ANC earbuds with a dynamic driver and two Knowles balanced armatures, LDAC, AAC, LE Audio LC3 and IP55. Sub bass reaches fully to 20 Hz and bass and mids stay within about 0.7 dB of target. Battery life is 8 hours, 32 with the case.
Cons: Upper bass sits about 2.5 dB high, and a 7.7 dB peak near 8.2 kHz after dips near 5.3 and 6.3 kHz makes the treble uneven. The JBL Tour Pro 3 rates higher for less, and the score rests on a single measurement.

Frequency Response
How the Status Audio Pro X measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is a single measurement, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: a single measurement from the squig.link database of dhrme. Thanks to them for publishing their work.
