#267 Penon x Effect Audio Archangel: $727.00 Elise Audio $727.00 eBay
Pros: A tribrid with coaxial dynamic drivers, four balanced armatures and two bone conduction drivers, measured by two reviewers with a low 1.46 dB deviation and no sharp peaks or dips. Sub bass and bass sit about 2.5 dB above target for a warm, weighty low end.
Cons: The warm tilt makes it less neutral than the best earphones, and upper bass is about 1.9 dB high. At $727 the Truthear Nova rates much higher for far less.

Frequency Response
How the Penon x Effect Audio Archangel measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of ducbloke and pw. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
