#263 OnePlus Buds 3: $89.99 TWS Amazon $89.99 eBay
Pros: ANC earbuds with a dual dynamic driver, LHDC, AAC and IP55, measured by two reviewers. Bass sits about 3 dB above target for a punchy low end, and presence and treble stay within 0.5 dB. Battery life is 10 hours, 44 with the case.
Cons: Upper bass is also about 1.7 dB high, giving a warm tilt, and a dip near 9.4 kHz slightly dulls the air. The Moondrop Golden Ages 2 rates higher at a similar price.

Frequency Response
How the OnePlus Buds 3 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of dhrme and regancipher. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
