#513 KZ Vibe X: $49.99 Amazon $49.99 eBay
Pros: A budget IEM at about $50 that adds a 13 mm vibration driver to a 10 mm dynamic for tactile bass, with a preference score of 74 across two measurements. The midrange stays within about 1 dB of target.
Cons: Treble is 3.2 dB low from 5 to 8 kHz with a 4.5 dB dip near 5.9 kHz, so it sounds a little soft on top, and sub bass is 2.4 dB light despite the bass driver. Upper bass is 2.5 dB up, which adds some warmth over clarity.

Frequency Response
How the KZ Vibe X measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of practiphile and vortexreviews. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
