Pros: Active noise cancelling is paired with a long claimed battery life of 40 hours with ANC on and 70 hours with it off. Bluetooth 5.3 supports LDAC, AAC and LC3, and a wired connection is available too. At 278 g it is relatively light for a closed over-ear noise cancelling headphone, and its gently warm balance suits listeners who like a mellow sound.

Cons: In two hobbyist measurements on squig.link it scores 55.7 for Harman preference, held back by a 4.9 dB presence dip in the 3 to 6 kHz range and a 10 dB dip near 9.2 kHz. Those gaps dull vocal clarity and leave cymbals and room ambience muted and veiled. Treble from 6 to 10 kHz averages about 3.5 dB below target, so the overall sound lacks sparkle.
