HIFIMAN HE560 - ranked #69 of 249 Over-Ear Headphones · Editor's rating 4.1/5

#69 HIFIMAN HE560 Discontinued eBay

Pros: Scores 83 on the Harman scale with a balanced, open planar sound and accurate lower mids.

Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. Sub-bass falls about 5.4 dB short at 30 Hz, upper mids dip about 3.6 dB, and a 7.3 dB dip near 9.7 kHz softens treble detail. Its 45 ohm planar driver needs an amp to reach high volume. See headphone amps and DACs with enough power to drive it.
