#625 FiiO F9: $99.99 Discontinued eBay
Pros: A budget hybrid that measures reasonably well (Harman score 65) and came with both 3.5mm and 2.5mm balanced cables.
Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. A slightly bright tilt (+0.32) and a 2.98 dB spread from the target mean some treble edge, and newer budget IEMs measure better for the money.
