Short answer: the Vifa Helsinki for sound quality, the W-King T9 for loudness and battery. The Helsinki is regarded as having the best midrange and treble of any battery-powered Bluetooth speaker, though it has no TWS pairing, looks like a purse and needs a hacked Android app to enable night mode. The T9 counters with 80W, 106dB max volume, 24-hour battery life and a power bank, but peaks in the upper mids make it sound harsh.
Buy the W-King T9 new; the Vifa Helsinki is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
