Listeners also mostly preferred it to the JBL Xtreme 4. A racetrack woofer, two tweeters and two passive radiators are rated for 90W and 105dB. Tronsmart rates the battery at 26 hours at half volume with the lights off, and it adds IPX6 water resistance, a handle plus a detachable shoulder strap, app EQ, light effects, stereo and multi-speaker pairing, aux, TF card and USB playback, and a USB-C power bank.
Cons: Verdicts against the Boom 2 and the Lava were split: Dominik Reviews preferred the Boom 2, and several listeners found the Bang 2’s mids muffled and its highs subdued without custom EQ. Next to the Tronsmart Fiitune X30 it turned into a jumble of sound near full volume, and the EarFun UBoom X clearly beat it.
