Short answer: the Onn Large Party gen 2 for value and portability, the Turtlebox Grande for a submersible shell and three-day battery. The Onn is an insane value with a handle and wheels, and a huge improvement over the gen 1 with much deeper bass, though it is not quite as loud as the old one and not as deep as the top ranked. The Grande has a 10-inch woofer, an IP67 shell and a 158Wh battery, but its claimed specs do not hold up.
Buy the Turtlebox Grande ($730) for a boombox speaker; the Onn Large Party gen 2 ($129) suits a party speaker instead.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Turtlebox Grande is rated for 25 hours, the Onn Large Party gen 2 only 12 hours.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the Turtlebox Grande at IP67 (brief submersion) against the Onn Large Party gen 2, which has IPX4 (splashing).
