Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3 for bass, the Xiaomi Mi Portable Mini for features. The Micro 3 has a little deeper bass than the last one, though it is thuddy and distorted by default and needs an EQ to fix. The Mi Portable Mini is IP67 waterproof with TWS stereo pairing, 10-hour battery life, Bluetooth 5.0, a compact 0.4 lbs (185 g) design and a bass boost equalizer, but it has not much bass and rolled off treble.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3. It is rated higher for sound quality, and saving $34.77 with the Xiaomi Mi Portable Mini does not make up for the sound-quality gap.
Battery life favors the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3: rated for 24 hours against 10 hours for the Xiaomi Mi Portable Mini.
