Short answer: the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) for neutral sound and a removable battery, the Tribit Stormbox Blast 2 for deep bass. The Boomster NG sounds pretty neutral and its battery comes out, but its bass is not as deep, the bass port can make noise and there is no water rating. The Blast 2 goes pretty deep but sounds quite muddy with boosted lower and upper bass and a 6kHz treble boost.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Blast 2. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) is discontinued, so it is only available used.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Tribit Stormbox Blast 2 is rated for 30 hours, the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) only 18 hours.
If water resistance matters to you, the Tribit Stormbox Blast 2 at IP67 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) at no water resistance.

Tribit Stormbox Blast 2: $299.99 Amazon eBay
Older model: the Tribit Stormbox Blast (ranked higher, rated 4.5/5).
Pros: Pretty deep bass. Measured bass extension of 40Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Sounds quite muddy with the boosted lower and upper bass. Boosted treble around 6kHz. Xbass mode makes it sound even more muddy. Nowhere near as neutral and balanced as the first Blast and a big downgrade unless you only care about max volume
