Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ on features, the TOZO PA2 if IPX8 matters more than clean bass, though neither ranks well in its class. The PA2 is IPX8 rated in a rugged fabric-wrapped design, but it has quite a bit of bass distortion thudding as you turn the volume up. The Mini+ is IPX7 with app EQ presets, AAC, TWS, USB-C and a mic, though it is not a great sounding speaker with really weak bass. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 179 medium speakers, so if sound quality matters, consider the EarFun Uboom L instead, ranked #2 at $49.79.
Buy the TOZO PA2. Both are rated the same for sound quality, and it costs $10 less than the Tribit Stormbox Mini+.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the TOZO PA2 is rated for 25 hours, the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ only 12 hours.
