Short answer: the Stage 320 for most buyers - it’s cheaper, easier to move, and known for holding onto bass at high volume; the Rockster Neo if you specifically need XLR-level inputs and all-day battery. These rank #11 and #2 out of 50 party-size speakers, at $807.72 and $549.95, with the Rockster Neo costing $257.77 more.
The Stage 320 is the more convenient, more powerful speaker. It has a handle and wheels, JBL’s app with a 5-band EQ, Auracast pairing, and a 240W rating against the Rockster Neo’s 200W. Our own notes on the Stage 320 credit it with keeping more bass than its sibling the 310 does at high volume - and the Rockster Neo’s own notes flag its bass as not a strong point relative to JBL’s Partybox line generally.
The Rockster Neo answers with connectivity and runtime, not convenience. Two XLR combo inputs, a dedicated guitar jack, and a built-in top-mounted microphone give it real pro-audio flexibility the Stage 320 doesn’t match, and its 36-hour battery (56 in Eco Mode) doubles the Stage 320’s 18. It also carries an IP44 rating against the Stage 320’s IPX4.
Buy the Stage 320 for the cheaper, wheeled, more powerful option with better bass retention at volume. Buy the Rockster Neo if XLR-level inputs and a much longer battery matter more to you than convenience and raw output.
If battery life is a priority, the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated for 36 hours versus 18 hours for the JBL Partybox Stage 320.

The Two Speakers In Full
Teufel Rockster Neo: $807.72
Pros: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers - pretty good, but not top of class.
Cons: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12. Bass isn’t as deep as the JBL Partybox 330 or even the JBL Partybox 130.

JBL Partybox Stage 320: $549.95 Amazon Bhphotovideo
Pros: Handle and wheels are convenient. Customizable color lighting modes. Keeps more bass than the 310 at high volume. Removable battery.
Cons: Slightly sibilant in the treble at full blast. Very large. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
